AUSTIN -- Police have determined a suspicious package at 4210 South Congress Avenue is not dangerous.

Police say they received the call just after 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The Austin Police Department's bomb squad was called to the scene.

Police say the incident is unrelated to an ongoing event in Hays County, where officials are working to detonate an explosive device found inside a home.
