AUSTIN -- The man killed in a crash on Sept. 20, in which an arrest was made, has been identified.
Robert A. Wood, 31, was killed in the crash.
Police say Christopher Noah Rodriguez, 45, was driving a red truck and failed to yield the right of way to a 2009 Dodge Caravan.
All three passengers were transferred to University medical Center Brackenridge, Wood, who was a passenger in the Caravan, later died.
Police arrested Rodriguez and charged him with manslaughter and intoxication manslaughter. He was also charged with driving on an invalid license.

This is Austin’s 56th fatal traffic crash and the 57th traffic fatality of 2013. At this time in 2012, there were 52 traffic fatalities.
