TRAVIS COUNTY-- It's day three in the manslaughter trial against Gabrielle Nestande, the former legislative aide accused of fatally striking Courtney Griffin and leaving her to die.
On Wednesday prosecutors called witnesses to the stand. Two bartenders testified that they served Nestande and saw her drinking the night of the May 2011 crash.
Testimony revealed Nestande had two vodka drinks and seven beers on her bar tabs.
Prosecutors showed pictures of the receipts from the bars along with surveillance video of Nestande leaving.
