ROUND ROCK -- The McNeil High School band got the chance to play at Wednesday night's Sugar Bowl.
The school's newspaper The Maverick reported that the band was invited to perform during halftime with 2,000 other students from around the country.
The match up Wednesday pitted the Louisville Cardinals against the Florida Gators. The game was played at the Superdome in New Orleans.
