AUSTIN -- A man who set fires in a car dealership before running out naked has been charged with arson.

A SWAT standoff lasted for five hours Tuesday morning at South Point Nissan on Interstate 35 near Stassney Lane.

Investigators say Jason Schrivner, 26, set two fires inside the building. Both of them burned out on their own.

Schrivner then took off his clothes and tried to run. Police caught him and he's now in custody.

The standoff caused a massive traffic jam on the access road and interstate.
