AUSTIN -- Local lovebirds can celebrate Valentine's Day by getting married for free.
Travis County Judges John Lipscombe and Jan Breland will officiate weddings for free from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday.
The weddings are taking place in County Court at Law No. 3 at the Criminal Justice Building.
