GEORGETOWN, Texas -- A Central Texas holiday tradition will be held in downtown Georgetown Friday.
The annual Lighting of the Square event will happen around 5:30 p.m. on the steps of the historic Williamson County courthouse.
The city says even more lights have been added this year to the trees and buildings that line the square.
