On St. Patrick's Day, you'll get pinched if you're not wearing green.

But, on Saturday, at Dell Children's Medical Center, it was St. Baldrick's Day -- where people got their head's shaved.

More than 200 people shaved their heads at the event -- to support kids with cancer, and raise money to battle the disease.

This is their 8th annual event --- and each year, the hospital raises hundreds of thousands of dollars.

'Locks of Love' and 'Wigs for Kids' were on hand to collect hair for cancer patients.
