Hawaiian Falls to hold job fairs

PFLUGERVILLE, Texas -- The weather's warming up in Central Texas, which means the opening of Pflugerville's new water park, Hawaiian Falls, is just around the corner.

Hawaiian Falls is holding several job fairs for potential employees in March. The company said candidates should be 16 or older. Hawaiian Falls said it will offer job opportunities for students, teachers, extra wage earners and seniors.

The job fairs will be held at the following dates and locations:

  • Thursday, March 6 from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Hendrickson High School in Pflugerville
  • Saturday, March 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Pflugerville
  • Thursday, March 20 from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Pflugerville High School in Pflugerville
  • Thursday, March 27 from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Connally High School in Austin

The water park said all applicants must bring a completed application to a job fair. Candidates will attend a short orientation and will be interviewed on the spot. The company said to allow at least two hours for the job fair and interview process.

Hawaiian Falls said it is not currently accepting mailed applications.

The park is supposed to open by Memorial Day.
