What's the future of public access television in Austin?  That was the question being asked at City Hall Wednesday evening.

A public forum was held because the current contract with Time-Warner Cable expires next year. The forum's goal was to provide ideas and information for shaping a new business model.

That included four panels of experts and community activists.

Although no final decisions were made, changes after 2011 are expected to have a significant impact on funding for operations.
