AUSTIN -- There are chilling new allegations of a stalker on the University of Texas campus. A UT professor claims a former graduate student has been terrorizing him for the past two years.

According to a police report Ryan McDaniell has been charged with stalking, a third degree felony.

The 33-year-old stopped attending class back in September 2010. The school dismissed him from the PhD program that November.

In May of 2011 McDaniell sent one of his professors images of the mass shooting suspect in Tucson, as well as photos of the Virginia Tech shooter.

Earlier this month he left the professor a voice mail. Details of the message haven't been released, but it frightened the professor enough that he reported it to the university's threat assessment team.

Police arrested McDaniell on Jan. 17.
