BASTROP, Texas -- A mobile home was destroyed after a fire broke out at around 4 a.m. Wednesday.
The flames broke out in a detached garage next to the mobile home on Hog Eye Road.
Bastrop County Sheriff's officials said high winds spread the fire to the home. Both structures and cars were destroyed.
Two women were sleeping inside the mobile home when the fire broke out. The sisters, ages 20 and 26, said the barking dogs woke them up and they were able to make it out without injuries.
The home belonged to their parents who are out of town for the holidays.
No word yet on what started the fire.
