Breathing isn't easy for everyone. Those with asthma and lung disease struggle every day.

The American Lung Association is helping them fight the battle with a big event this weekend.

Athletes will race up 31 flights of stairs on the Frost Bank Tower on Saturday.

Emcees for the Fight for Air Climb Callie Thompson and Todd Dixon spoke to KVUE about the event.
