AUSTIN -- Austin police are looking for a man they say hit and injured a woman before leaving the scene.
The incident happened around 11:55 p.m. Sunday along the southbound service road of North Interstate 35 near Wells Branch Parkway.
Police say a woman was driving south on the service road in her Ford Explorer when a man driving a white Chrysler Pacifica cut her off. The SUV flipped several times and the woman was ejected.
The driver of the Chrysler stopped and checked on the woman before getting back in his car and driving off. The woman was taken to a Round Rock hospital with serious injuries.
