With the summer heat, it's important to stay hydrated. That means drinking plenty of water.

Imagine if you could make your own delicious water that tastes like mangoes, chili peppers or whatever else you like. Aqua Zinger claims it can infuse your water with flavor with the ingredients only limited by your imagination.

A bottom mounted grinder mashes the ingredients and a mesh screen lets the flavors mix with your water. By screwing the grinder back onto the cup, the blades inside smash the ingredients, releasing their juice.

Then add water, shake, and let steep for a few minutes.

You can use it with hot or cold liquids, and with the beverage of your choice.

The water takes on the flavor of the fruits and vegetables and the color as well.

The Aqua Zinger gets a thumbs up. You can find the Aqua Zinger at Brookstone. It costs about $28.

You can see Quita's Does It Work segments Wednesdays at 5 p.m. on KVUE.
