KVUE News has learned it was a teenage high school student hit and killed by a train Thursday afternoon.
Sixteen-year-old James Hinojosa was killed as he walked on train tracks in the 1700 block of Stanley Avenue. Hinojosa was in 11th grade at Crockett High School in South Austin.
