ELROY, Texas -- A controversial group plans to protest at the Circuit of the Americas ahead of Sunday's Formula 1 race.
Members of the Westboro Baptist Church are known for picketing at military funerals, saying the deaths of U.S. soldiers are God's punishment for what they call the sin of homosexuality.
The church's website says they plan to protest the race because "ignorant fools worship these race car drivers like they are little gods!"
