AUSTIN -- On Tuesday Travis County Commissioners began discussing their authority over District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg.
Lehmberg pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated in April, served jail time, then went to a treatment facility.
Many people think she will step down from office. Last week protesters held a banner over Interstate 35, reading "Honk if Rosemary Should Resign."
Lehmberg plans to keep her post and says she is fully capable of performing her duties.
