"I’d like to congratulate Celia Israel and her team on their exciting win tonight in House District 50. I’m proud to say that we have one more Texas Democrat in the legislature. Celia represents the best of Texas -- a fighter who is dedicated to improving public schools, growing small businesses and ensuring a high quality of life for her constituents.
