STEINER RANCH, Texas -- Students at Canyon Ridge Middle School were briefly evacuated Thursday afternoon due to a rubber smell.
A spokesperson for Leander ISD says the evacuation was just a precaution.
The situation was investigated, and nothing unusual was found.
Students have been allowed back in the building.
