AUSTIN -- A man robbed a bank Wednesday evening at 9300 S. IH 35 in Southpark Meadows.
Police said a man entered the Woodforest National bank inside a Wal-Mart and demanded money using a note. He left the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Austin police described the suspect as white or light skinned Hispanic male in his mid 20s. The suspect had a thin, scruffy beard and blue green eyes.
He was last seen wearing a tan baseball cap, a white and blue striped zipper jacket.
APD said the call came in at 6:26 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
