MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin -- The Federal Aviation Administration has confirmed that a Southwest Airlines plane flying from Austin to Chicago had to be diverted Thursday night.
The pilot of Southwest Airlines flight 224 changed course and landed in Milwaukee, due to signs that something was wrong with a plane flap.
The plane landed safely in Milwaukee around 9 p.m., and all 133 passengers were put onto another plane bound for Chicago.
No one was injured.
