Austin man accused of pointing gun at Travis Co. deputy

AUSTIN -- An Austin man is accused of pointing a gun at a Travis County deputy.

Roderic Harris, 23, is charged with aggravated assault.

An arrest affidavit says Harris pointed the gun at the deputy during a drug bust at a Northeast Austin apartment.
