AUSTIN -- A University of Texas soccer player critically injured in a hit and run continues to recover.

Kylie Doniak suffered a brain injury, punctured lung, broke ribs, and broken bones in her leg.

Police say 22-year-old Nicholas Colunga hit Doniak and another woman after running a red light at San Jacinto Boulevard and 8th Street on Feb. 3. He's charged with failure to stop and render aid and intoxication assault.

Doniak's family is holding a fundraiser this Wednesday, Feb. 22, at all of the Chili's restaurants in Austin.

If you ask your server, or download the coupon linked to the right of this story, the restaurant will donate 15 percent of your bill to her recovery fund.
