WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas -- The court of inquiry investigating former Williamson County district attorney and current district judge Ken Anderson has been delayed two months.
The Austin American-Statesman says the presiding judge in Fort Worth has moved it from mid-December to Feb. 4.
The court will look at allegations that Anderson withheld evidence when he prosecuted Michael Morton back in the 1980s.
Morton spent almost 25 years in prison before he was exonerated.
Last November Anderson apologized to Morton. Anderson insists there was no intentional wrong-doing in the case.
