AUSTIN -- An early morning accident in Southeast Austin has left a woman injured.
Police say it happened around 1 a.m. Friday on southbound Interstate 35 near FM 1327. Police say a female driver was taken to University Medical Center Brackenridge with critical injuries.
The accident shut down I-35 at FM 1327 until about 6 a.m.
The cause of the accident is under investigation, but dense fog was seen in the video of the accident scene.
