AUSTIN -- Austin police are investigating a stabbing death.
It happened Friday afternoon at 1127 Rutland in North Austin.
It started as an argument between two roommates around 1 p.m. at the Runnymede Apartments on Rutland Drive near Stonebridge Drive.
One of the women died from her injuries at University Medical Center Brackenridge. The other woman suffered minor injuries.
Investigators are calling the incident suspicious, but murder charges have not been filed.
