AUSTIN -- The Austin Fire Department has fired a lieutenant after an incident with a knife.

Georgetown Police arrested Matthew Bunch for public intoxication and disorderly conduct for fighting.

According to a memo from Fire Chief Rhoda Mae Kerr, Lt. Bunch was drinking at Lake Georgetown with friends.

As he was leaving the park, he got into a fight with another group of men after displaying a knife.
