Vehicle rescue
PFLUGERVILLE -- Three people were critically injured Friday evening in a possible head on collision at Rowe Loop and Speidel Drive, police said.
Police said the accident happened around 7:14 p.m.
EMS reported freeing two people who were pinned in the car at 8:28 p.m. after a rescue effort that took more than 30 minutes.
The two individuals were transported by helicopter to Seton Medical Center in Williamson County.
A third person injured in the collision was transported by ambulance to a Round Rock hospital.
The intersection of Rowe Loop and Speidel Drive was closed during the vehicle rescue and was reopened around 9:12 p.m.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
