TRAVIS COUNTY -- According to Roger Wade with the Travis County Sheriff's Office, two people arguing ended up with one of them shot Thursday morning in Del Valle.

It happened around 9 a.m. at the High Noon grocery story located at 16805 High Noon Street.

The victim is a 23-year-old male who was shot in the leg and taken to University Medical Center Brackenridge for treatment. He was released later Thursday.

The victim told authorities he knew the man who shot him.

The suspect fled the scene in a white Toyota Camry. Identified as 32-year-old Rolando Rodriguez, he was taken into custody Thursday without incident.

Rodriguez was taken to the Travis County Jail and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond was set at $50,000.
