BURNET COUNTY, Texas -- DPS, the Burnet County Sheriff's Department and the State Marshal's Office are investigating the deaths of two people.

Volunteer Spicewood firefighters found the bodies when to a structure fire call at 208 CR 425 in Burnet County around 11:40 Wednesday night.

A neighbor who spoke to KVUE refused to go on camera, but said she didn't know the people who lived next door. She didn't see the fire, only smelled smoke after she saw the fire truck outside.

State Fire Marshals cut the lock on a shed next to the home. Canines were also brought in to assist in the investigation. From the outside, there isn't apparent fire damage to the home

At this point there is no word on the names of the victim, nor is there a cause of the fire..
Three vehicles are parked outside the home, a truck and car with Oklahoma plates, and a car with Texas plates.
