Austin Police identify two found dead in apparent murder-suicide

AUSTIN - Police released the identities of two people found dead in what investigators believe was a murder-suicide incident in Central East Austin Tuesday night.

Austin police said they were called to a home near the intersection of Rexford Drive and Cordell Lane, just southwest of Pecan Springs Elementary School, around 11:45 p.m. June 20 for a welfare check and found two bodies, identified as Paisley Langmade, 37, and Caleb Harris, 31.

Police said they found Langmade and Harris in one of the bedrooms with obvious trauma to both of their bodies.

Emergency Medical Services pronounced the pair dead at 12:39 a.m. 

The exact cause of death for Langmade and Harris is pending as the Travis County Medical Examiner's Office works to complete their autopsy report.
