AUSTIN -- There was a tremendous turnout Wednesday for the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women Summit.
Hundreds packed the Hilton downtown to fight heart disease, the number one killer of women.
KVUE has been a long time sponsor of Go Red, and our own Yvonne Nava had the honor of serving as emcee for the event.
Those who went heard inspiring survival stories. Kathy Valentine, bassist of the Go-Go's, served as the keynote speaker.
