More than 160 people were injured in a fertilizer plant explosion in West, Texas, just north of Waco. Hillcrest Baptist Hospital in Waco tells KVUE it is on high alert for breathing problems because ammonia levels are high from the explosion.

KVUE's Kris Betts reports live from Waco, where many people are recovering.
