One of our most inspiring guests returned to KVUE Thursday to talk about a great fundraiser coming up.

Round Rock's own Adalia Rose has been battling progeria, a rare genetic condition that leads to premature aging in children. Every time we talk to Adalia, she has a huge smile on her face and brings positive energy.

Adalia is helping bring attention to the Progeria Research Foundation, which is hosting a great fundraiser at the Blue Starlite Mini Urban Drive-In.

Proceeds from the showing of Adalia's favorite film, "Grease," will go toward the Progeria Research Foundation.

Adalia Rose, her father Ryan Pallante and Rebecca Price, Director of Outreach for Team Adalia: The Texas Chapter of the Progeria Research Foundation, spoke to KVUE about the event.

The fundraiser is Sunday, Aug. 4. You can buy tickets here.
