A new anti-obesity campaign is hitting the air and it's creating quite a controversy.
One ad shows an overweight mom at a grocery store, throwing soda, ice cream and other unhealthy foods into her cart. Then she notices her daughter doing the same thing.
The other ad features two boys bragging on their dad's by comparing the mountains of food each can eat.
The message in both ad is "Today is the day we set a better example for our kids."
The messaging has sparked debate with some saying it shames overweight people.
Blue Cross Blue Shield, the company that produced the ads, says the obesity problem is so tough they needed a new, more dramatic approach.
