AUSTIN -- With early voting underway, Texas Governor Rick Perry is stressing the importance of getting out to vote.
"This is a very important election. I hope people will go to the polls, make their wishes known and in large numbers," he said as he went in to cast his ballot Thursday morning. He voted at a library in Central Austin.
Early Voting ends Nov. 2.
