TRAVIS COUNTY -- Tuesday was day two of early voting, and the numbers are in for day one.
It shows numbers are down about 37 percent in Travis County. Nearly 21,000 voted in person or by mail Monday. That's compared to 33,400 four years ago.
Statewide, voting is up. In the 15 largest counties more than 378,000 cast a ballot. That's compared to 346,000 four years ago.
