ELROY -- You can see the Circuit of the Americas Tower, and a parking lot, from Steve Falkner's back yard.
Falkner says it was once nature. Now "It's no more nature. It's constant traffic.
He says he's been putting up with construction for the past two years. But now he's concerned about his future.
The City of Austin annexed Circuit of the Americas, but the county will still be responsible for the road that separates Falkner from the track.
"It's still a county road. The city didn't want it."

An F1 simulator car that will be on display downtown made a pit stop at Seton's UMC Brackenridge.
Seton will provide emergency care at Circuit of the Americas, as well as have a first aid tent downtown.
Landscaping, fencing and other exterior work continues at Circuit of the Americas.
Also drivers and Formula 1 teams have begun to arrive.
While one sign on site welcomes visitors to a "World Class Performance and Innovation Center," it might signal an exit for neighbor Falkner.
Falkner has lived here for 20 years. He said, "We were going to try to save the house, but the noise and what not is probably going to run us off."
Falkner also concerned about a county ban on walking on sidewalks on the roads near his home.
