Pflugerville police investigating broken vehicle windows

PFLUGERVILLE, Texas -- Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying those responsible for a series of broken vehicle windows over the last five weeks.

Pflugerville police said officers have responded to “a high number of residents” with broken vehicle windows between April 2 and May 5. Police added those responsible have been using several methods, including rocks, BB guns and a club or bat. In many instances, several vehicles are damaged in close proximity to each other.

As of Monday morning, police believe those responsible are younger white or Hispanic males and are believed to be using a dark-colored pickup.

Anyone with information or surveillance video is asked to contact the Pflugerville Police Department at 512-251-4004, or the CID Tip Line at 512-670-5700.
