For most Americans, a phone isn't just a convenience; it's a neccesity.  For example, if you're looking for work, you need a way for potential employers to reach you.  Cell phones are often cheaper than land lines, but for many might still be out of reach.  What do you do?  KVUE's money reporter Stacy Johnson answers the call.

My only post, since I have nothing nice to say about this is, what service provider are these phones using? I know who they are NOT using.
