AUSTIN -- There may be a potential Capital Metro bus strike during Formula 1 weekend.
The bus drivers union said it all depends on how negotiations go with their new management group in Fort Worth.
Union officials claim McDonald transit is trying to force out veteran drivers for new hires who would cost less money.
Even if the strike happens, Cap Metro still plans to run a special downtown route shuttling people to and from the track.
Five hundred workers would be affected by the strike.
