You’ve probably seen the show Shark Tank. It’s where entrepreneurs pitch their products before a panel of investors hoping to get help producing their product for mass consumption.

Now is your chance to search as judge and jury or perhaps pitch your own product. A new site called Yak About It  lets you decide the success of new products.

All of the products are from individual entrepreneurs or small businesses – no big businesses.

Every day the site puts up two new products to compare. They come complete with explanations of how they work, pictures, videos even a story about the inventor.

For example today the two products are a notebook prop (which allows you to prop up your laptop computer for better posture) versus the Up-N-Away Track (a system that allows you to put up your Christmas lights more quickly). I have to tell you that Up-N-Away Track is brilliant.

Check it out:

You vote on your favorite, but really everyone wins because it’s getting their products some attention and there’s a store where you can buy all of these products right there on line.

If you’re an inventor there’s also a section on there for how to submit your product.
