We love to snack, especially during the Super Bowl game, but watch out for the dips.

Most are loaded with fat and sodium.

There are some healthier options, just in time for Sunday's kickoff!

I make my dips from scratch (it is easier than it sounds) and I always use reduced fat cream cheese and sour cream. I have only heard compliments when people start to dig in! Better Homes and Gardens has a wonderful recipe for Dill Dip that goes wonderfully with veggies of all sorts. No chips needed!
