AUSTIN -- A popular Austin restaurant chain wants to offer another 4.5 million shares of stock to the public.
The Tex-Mex restaurant chain Chuy's started in 1982. Today there are 40 restaurants in eight states.
The company raised $75.8 million in an initial public offering in July.
