The inspector also discovered two bottles of prescription medications stored with the spices on a shelf above food prep coolers. A cook was observed using the food prep sink to wash his hands. And there was no soap or hand towels in the employee restroom. On the required follow-up inspection Sarovar passed with a score of 89.

Now to Taqueria Arandas number 5 at 2448 South First Street. This Mexican food restaurant failed its health inspection with a score of 69. Violations include the improper cooling and hot holding of potentially hazardous foods. An employee's half eaten breakfast plate was on the prep table at the beginning of the inspection. Employees were observed wiping their hands on aprons and not washing afterward. The inspector also found a can of juice stored inside the ice machine. That's the same ice used in customers beverages. On the follow-up inspection Taqueria Arandas number 5 passed with an 83.
