Only one restaurant failed the most recent Austin Travis County health inspection, but records show that restaurant is a repeat offender.

Habanero Mexican Cafe at 501 West Oltorf failed its February health inspection with a score of 65.

Violations include raw pork stored next to and in contact with raw beef. Both items were thrown out immediately.

The restaurant was also cited for an inadequate supply of hot water in the wait staff and restroom sinks.

The inspector found accumulation of unknown particles on stored knives.

On the required follow up inspection, Habanero Mexican Cafe scored a 95.
