The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is recalling more than 3,700 car seats because a label was left off.

The recall affects the Evenflo First Choice child safety seats model 3604098, manufactured between January 16 and September 29, 2009.

The label that’s missing contains instructions for how to register the child seat so consumers can be notified if the seat is recalled.

Evenflo will mail the required labels along with placement instructions free of charge. For more information call Evenflo at 1-800-233-5921 between 8am and 5pm EST.
