The House has approved a bill that would give private sector hourly workers the option of trading up to 160 hours of overtime pay for extra days off. But some Democrats warn there's no guarantee workers would be able to get time off when they want it.

The AP says Wrigley is temporarily halting the production, sale and marketing of its new "Alert" caffeinated gum after discussions with the FDA. Major medical associations have been warning too much caffeine may be dangerous for children.
More great news on the housing market. RealtyTrac says foreclosure filings fell 5 percent in April compared to March and 23 percent from a year ago. That puts foreclosure activity at the lowest level since 2007. But it's not over yet -- foreclosure starts are indicating a pickup in future activity jumped in 22 states with New Jersey, Texas and Connecticut leading the way.
You may see a herd of goats alongside a fleet of planes next time you're flying into O'hare Airport. The Chicago Tribune says the Department of Aviation is bringing about 25 goats onto airport property as part of its new vegetation-management program. The goats will cut down on mowing and target hard-to-reach areas on hills and near streams.
