The company which makes steel for airplanes, cars and train tracks says they made their decision based on political support and access to energy supplies in Texas. Operations are expected to start in 2016.

In an effort to reduce traffic and congestion on I-35 through Austin and Central Texas, the Texas Department of Transportation says it will reduce tolls for an entire year on these highways. This actually extends a pilot program that ended on March 3 after it showed traffic increased on these roads by 50 percent.
